I am a semi-retired as a nurse and I didn't know what to do with what I had and it was going down. I've always wanted to invest in gold IRA or precious metals so I looked around and I liked what I read on Fisher Capital's website. I really like their mission statement. The actual process of buying was difficult and that was one of the issues I had. But I'm learning now and I'm looking up stuff and trying to find it out. I got a self-directed IRA done. My husband's really good with it, so he really helps me too.

I was sick of losing money in my retirement fund. I researched online and talked to a few friends. I have another friend who went with a company and she was very happy with them. I decided to go with Fisher. They walked me through the process really nicely. They were very helpful and explained things to me. This was a move I had to make, so I made it. I was hoping that I made the right decision. It's a lot of risk to take everything and to put it into precious metals and not touch it for 10 years. I could lose everything. I've got to educate myself more on the things that I can do if I feel it's going up and I can turn some of that around into something different. All in all, I've recommended Fisher.

Fisher Capital called me and I talked to them then did some research. They called me again and I asked how it worked. I told them to take the money out of my 401(k) and put it in there. It was a four-week process. They called me up, said it was done, and told me the things that we talked about. I did a 70-30 on silver to gold percentage. Alex did a good job. He knew what he was talking about. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything. He was just trying to make sure that he could give me as much information for me to make a decision. But I haven't heard from them since two days after and would like to have them check in on me.

I had a good experience with them so far. However, they may be a little slow in updating the information on my home page. It's updating, but it seems like it's slow to me a little bit. But their customer service has been great. They've sent me plenty of information and disclosures.

My experience with Fisher Capital was great. I'm retired and I wanted to put my money where it's safe. I liked the guy from Fisher Capital that was talking to me and explaining stuff to me. There was somebody else that I spoke to and he was also very knowledgeable. Then you send them a check. They overnight it. You get your metals within 28 days. They also have a lot of information to share. It was extremely easy.

Working with Nick was fantastic. We entered the process very intimidated but by the end, we have great confidence that our investments are safe. They made the entire process easy and pain free. We highly recommend Fisher Capitol and the entire team.

From the first contact that I had with the Fisher Capital Group, all the way through the most recent work they have completed for me, I'd have to say it's been a most agreeable partnership. I've never once had reason to think I wasn't in the best hands when it comes to having the help and understanding of what the men at FIsher Capital group were about and what they were doing on my behalf. The personal attention and time spent with, Phillip, Skylar, and Grant, was the type of service that everyone in all industries should be afforded. If only this model of representation of a company was present in other organizations and businesses we would have a happier existence. I am impressed with Fisher Capital as they are quick to respond and answer all of my questions. My calls go to actual people not AI which means a lot to me. I highly recommend them!
